i completed the setup after struggling with the errors every time i made changes to my template design –saving failed–

since this blog was newly created i didn’t suspect it was a plugin issue as the troubleshooting online suggests and I even cleared my browser cache but nothing improved

i literally slept on it and found it was a waf issue
searching in japanese gave better results than english

so i switched waf off and tada–

now i can go on mumbling to myself in public here
